The project is operated by Seacon Development Public Company Limited, which is a joint venture between the Seacon Group (Sosothikul family) and 5 financial institutions. It is located on an area of 77 rai along Srinakarin Road between Sri Nuch Intersection and Sri Udom Intersection. It is 2 kilometers from Debaratana Road and 3 kilometers from Motorway No. 7 (Bangkok-Chonburi). It is also close to Suan Luang Rama IX and Suvarnabhumi Airport. It was officially opened for service on September 4, 1994 by Her Royal Highness Princess Kanithathirachao. Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn His Majesty the King presided over the opening ceremony.
